Eric Whipkey, PRC is a Market Research and Customer Experience Thought Leader. Eric calls on extensive experience across numerous industries, including professional services, nonprofit, finance, government, healthcare and food service. Most recently, he managed a large member experience metrics program at one of the largest national credit unions. Much of Eric's 25+ years of market research has focused on the client side and spans qualitative and quantitative research as well as customer experience. He is a regular contributor to Quirk’s Market Research Review and presented at the Quirk’s event in 2014 and 2015, the Insights Association Next event in 2017, and has contributed to several TMRE webinars in 2018, most recently the DIY Research Conference in New York.
