Promoter.io is an NPS feedback tool with for email surveys in up to 27 different languages.
Surveys can be targeted to customers based on product lines, business unit or any other other meta data; these flags can also be used to segment different groups for analysis. An eNPS option is also for employee engagement surveys.
Feedback can be forwarded automatically to relevant support teams from within the platform or through with integrations with Slack and Zapier; an API is also available for custom integrations.
Responses can be flagged for follow-up and case management, and comments can be attached to individual contacts by different team members. Built-in customer support features such as re-usable replies are also available.
Dashboards show NPS scores over time, and results can be filtered based on contact attributes and date ranges; data can also be exported for analysis or incorporation into other BI tools.
