AskiaVoice
AskiaVoice is the CATI component of the Askia platform. It is designed to manage telephone interviewing operations for market research call centres, supporting both office-based and remote interviewers.
The platform provides tools for sample and quota management, fieldwork monitoring, agent supervision, reporting, and integration with external databases. It also integrates with Askia’s CTArchitect dialler, supporting preview, progressive, and predictive dialling modes.
