Shopper Research
Shopper research focuses on understanding how people behave before and during online and offline shopping experiences.
The goal is to gain insights into what influences purchasing decisions, such as product placement, price, promotions, and store layout using methods such as observational studies, surveys, transactional and panel data analysis, interviews and simulations of shopping environments.
Shopper research helps generate the insights for retailers and brands to improve their offerings and activations – for example by re-modelling a retail space, changing the design of e-commerce site or optimising the nature and timing of sales promotions.
