Eintracht Frankfurt, a professional soccer club based in Frankfurt, used a rudimentary survey and reporting tool that met only basic requirements. Generating fan and member insights involved a multi-step manual process: data had to be collected, exported to an external statistics programme, analysed, and then converted into static PowerPoint presentations. This workflow was resource-intensive, prevented real-time reporting, and made it difficult to produce detailed demographic breakdowns for stakeholders including the Executive Board.
Eintracht Frankfurt adopted QuestionPro’s suite to manage its member, fan, and season ticket holder surveys. The team used the platform’s live reporting features, interactive BI dashboards, Data Slicer, and segment analysis tools to collect and visualise data in real time. Surveys including the ‘Deine Eintracht, Deine Meinung’ campaign were distributed by email and via the club website, enabling the analytics team to produce customisable reports for both C-level management and in-depth stakeholder analysis.
The adoption of QuestionPro reduced manual reporting workload by 50%, enabling stakeholders to access data independently via interactive dashboards rather than waiting for completed presentations. Real-time reporting gave the Executive Board immediate visibility of key insights, including demographic comparisons across member groups. Data-driven decision-making improved across all organisational levels.
“QuestionPro has enabled us to significantly increase efficiency in the creation, implementation and evaluation of our market research studies. The BI dashboard solution in particular offers us flexible and individual design and analysis options, which ultimately enabled us to increase the knowledge gained for our various stakeholders in the company.” — Dr. Marius Johnen, Head of Analytics and Strategic Projects, Eintracht Frankfurt.
