For over a decade, he has led multi-country qualitative studies, helping international clients in healthcare, technology, and consumer markets make informed decisions based on in-depth audience understanding.
Starting his market research career as a CATI interviewer twenty years ago, he has now garnered significant experience in helping researchers leverage technology for various qualitative research approaches, including in-depth interviews, focus groups, online communities, and mobile research.
Currently, his focus is on further empowering the research process through the use of Quillit, Civicom’s AI-powered research assistant.
