Constanza Cilley
Constanza Cilley is the Executive Director of Voices! and has nearly 25 years of experience in social and market research. She held various positions at TNS Gallup Argentina, where she served as General Manager (2010–2011), Commercial Manager (2008–2009), and Manager of Population Studies (2002–2007). She was Project Director of Voice of the People for Gallup International, a biannual launch study involving more than 50,000 surveys conducted simultaneously in 65 countries, exploring different aspects of social interest. She is currently President of the Argentine Society of Marketing and Opinion Researchers (SAIMO), a Board Member of WAPOR LATIN AMERICA, of the Education and Liaison Committee of WAPOR, and of the Executive Committee on Culture of Dar. Since 2024, she has been a Board Member of WIN | Worldwide Independent Network of MR & OP.
She is the author of the book Argentina Solidaria, una invitación a ser parte (2015, supported by the Social Sector Forum), co-author of several publications, and a frequent presence in print and digital media, as well as on radio and television programs. She has presented papers at conferences and congresses in different regions of the world, including Sustainable Brands, ISA (International Sociology Congress in Buenos Aires), WAPOR Latin America, ESOMAR Latin America, Gallup International conferences (Vietnam, Buenos Aires, Luxembourg, Madrid), the Schwab Foundation – Social Entrepreneurship Conference, local marketing seminars and congresses, press conferences, and universities such as UCA, UBA, UADE, UP, Blas Pascal, CEIBS (Buenos Aires), and Harvard (Buenos Aires).
Constanza is a lawyer and holds postgraduate studies in Sociology (Universidad Católica Argentina), Business and Management (Accelerated Development Program at London Business School, Finance for Non-Financial People at Columbia University, Essentials of Leadership at London Business School, and Management at the London School of Economics), and Methodology (Qual Techniques at the University of Michigan and Semiotics and Creativity at ESOMAR Montreal, among others).
