Helen Devine
Helen is a user focused research expert who’s equally at home planning high level strategy and sitting down with real people talking about what matters to them.
Her career spans Insight, Design and User Research across the commercial, government and non-profit sectors. She has led Voice of Customer and research programmes for Asda, a leading UK grocery retailer, and then pivoted to user research after more than 10 years in customer insight and market research roles.
Following Design and UX Research positions at Lloyds Banking Group, The Guardian and homeless charity Shelter UK, she now works as UX Research Manager for The Economist – where she tells user stories that uncover opportunities and inspire action across the organisation’s portfolio of digital properties.
