He began his career focused on enhancing efficiency and reducing waste in manufacturing and healthcare. This foundation led him to pursue an MSc and PhD in Social Psychology, delving deep into decision-making and social cognition. Transitioning to a hands-on research role, Joel founded a research and consulting firm tailored to non-profits, including several years spent working on evaluation, leadership development, and strategic planning initiatives.
Building upon his deep research expertise, he embraced the tech realm by recently completing a Masters in AI. Today, at Dig Insights, Joel spearheads the development of AI-driven market research tools, merging his extensive research acumen with cutting-edge technology to deliver innovative solutions.
