Matteo Cantamesse
Matteo Cantamesse has been working since 2002 on digital experience and digital media impact on communication and social contexts. Starting with his thesis on trust and e-commerce, he’s been digging onto social dimensions of “new” media (VR; AR; MMORPG; mobile, etc). At the end of his phD, he’s decided to apply his methodological skills and research perspective to consumer insights and experience.
To do this, he’s come in the industry and since then, he is facing projects of ever increasing complexity: from simple copytest, to creative digital communities, to diffuse crowd-sourced ethnography.
Matteo Cantamesse is the Co-Founder and Owner for Spice Research, a research and consultancy lab.
