Richard Davies is the Founder of Alchemy-Rx, a strategy, marketing, and eCommerce agency specialising in brand growth and innovation.
With a career spanning more than two decades, Richard has held senior leadership roles at some of the world’s most prominent consumer goods companies, including Chief Marketing Officer and Chief Development Officer at Newell Brands, and SVP roles at Unilever — where he served as Global Head of Consumer & Market Insights (CMI), Head of Innovation, and held General Management positions across the US, UK, Asia, Latin America, and ANZ.
His expertise spans marketing, brand development, innovation, consumer insights, and corporate strategy across FMCG and CPG industries. At Alchemy-Rx, Richard partners with private equity assets, consumer products companies, and founder-led brands to uncover growth opportunities and turn them into actionable plans.
