Shelby Downes is a senior program manager on the Trust & Safety team at Cint.
As one of the original members of Cint’s quality team and now leadership team, she focuses on building, managing, and innovating Cint’s quality programs.
She and her team work collaboratively with the product team on innovations, developing educational content for both internal and external use, and shaping quality policies, such as Cint’s anti-routing policy.
Shelby has deep experience in the industry, having started her market research journey as a panelist and holding a variety of roles since, including panel moderator, panelist support team member, and working with API integrations.
