Sushma Panchawati
Sushma Panchawati is the co-founder of Predata.ai, a startup that uses AI to simulate and scale human insight particularly in culturally complex, fast-changing markets in APAC. She started her career in India, initially on the client side at Disney, before moving into agency roles to explore the insighting process more deeply and she’s switched back and forth since.
She has 17 years of experience, with the last 8 years working across APAC and global markets in research and broader marketing roles, helping brands like Google and Netflix localise their strategies for emerging markets, working closely with clients and partners from around the world.. including in Brazil!
Sushma originally trained as a robotics engineer, and that shift from understanding machines to understanding humans shapes the way she thinks about both technology and human insight today.
