Bigger than Biscuits is the brainchild of Suzanne Lugthart, a multi-award winning clientside researcher (eBay, ITV, Rightmove) who believes passionately in delivering research impact.
Having worked through at least two recessions, she has long coveted the advertising industry’s compelling empiric evidence base proving advertising through a recession is a better strategy than cutting back. She wants the market research industry to be able to do the same.
Her favourite biscuit is the custard cream, dismantled before eating. Suzanne has campaigned tirelessly to ban the dunking of any biscuits in tea, a behaviour she considers uncouth.
