Travis Santa has over 15 years of experience in the market research industry, and currently serves as Chief Operating Officer (COO) and Security Officer at Touchstone Research (TSR), where he leads global operations and service delivery across a wide range of innovative research solutions.

His role involves driving strategic growth, ensuring operational efficiency, and maintaining the company’s commitment to data quality, security, and client success.

As security officer, He oversees Touchstone’s data security and privacy initiatives. He develops the company’s security policies and procedures and oversees Touchstone’s compliance on key regulations/certifications, including: GDPR, CCPA, COPPA, SOC 2, Data Privacy Framework and others.

He also serves on the board of the Certification Institute for Research Quality (CIRQ), where he contributes to advancing global research standards.
