Store Impact from Shopper Intelligence is a platform for in-store video-based observation and analysis of shopper behaviour.
Shoppers are recruited in store and carry out their usual shop. They wear modified glasses to capture and analyse where they move, where they look, which categories they shop and which products they consider and purchase.
It provides quantitative measurement of store footpaths, dwell time and conversion for every category, display, counter or promotion.
The technology uses Computer Vision to help answer questions such as:
What displays work best and where?
Which Gondola ends are a more effective use of money?
How does POS impact shopper decisions?
What store layout and flow will drive greater engagement and satisfaction?
