Scott Morrison

Scott Morrison is a business leader, advisor, and speaker with more than 20 years of experience working across global brands, growth businesses, and transformation programs. His career has included leadership roles with companies and agencies such as Diesel, Saatchi & Saatchi, and Wieden+Kennedy, where he worked across strategy, marketing, culture, innovation, and commercial growth.

He is the founder of The Boom, where he works with organizations on leadership, learning, culture, and business transformation. His work focuses on helping teams adapt to change, accelerate decision making, and create conditions for sustainable impact across organizations.

Scott is also a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts and regularly speaks on leadership, organizational culture, learning, and the future of work. He is the co-author of the book Creative Superpowers.
