Every month, tens of thousands of researchers, analysts and insight leaders come to Insight Platforms to learn what works in practice.

We invite professionals in market research, analytics, customer and user research, AI, behavioural science, marketing, product and related fields to share honest, useful stories that help others do better work.

Free or Sponsored?

Free slots are for educational content that doesn’t depend on a particular tool. You share what you know, and we promote it to our audience at no cost. Sales pitches and product demos are not accepted in free slots.

Sponsored slots are for companies that want to present their own product or service. They are paid and listed in our Media Pack.

Speaking Formats

Short Webinar (15-17 mins)
A pre-recorded session that shows one idea, technique, framework or case study. It is played during one of our virtual events.

Long Webinar (40 mins) – Most long webinar slots go to sponsored content, so free slots are limited. If you apply, we may ask you to change your approach or suggest a different format.
A full session with real examples, frameworks or a live walkthrough. It has two parts: a 20–25 minute presentation, which can be live or pre-recorded, and then a live Q&A for the rest of the time.

Blog Article – Most articles on our site are sponsored or written by the Insight Platforms team. We publish free articles only when they offer a distinct, relevant point of view and do not promote a specific company or tool.
An original, unpublished article or series of articles for our website, each 600–800 words.

Insights from Elsewhere Podcast (45–60 mins)
Conversations with insights professionals working outside the main research hubs of the US and Western Europe. Guests share what they have learned in Latin America, Asia, Africa and other regions, with practical lessons for researchers everywhere.

Panel or Roundtable Discussion (45–60 mins)
A moderated conversation between several speakers on a current issue in the industry. You can apply to join as a panellist or to moderate, depending on your experience.

Teach a Course – Most courses in the Academy are sponsored or created by the Insight Platforms team, so free slots are limited.
A structured course on a specific skill or topic, hosted in the Insight Platforms Academy. It can be a single recorded masterclass or a series of modules, and our audience can watch it on demand for free.

Good to Know

• All sessions are in English.
• Most of our events are virtual. Sessions can be live, pre-recorded or a mix of both, and all are recorded for on-demand viewing.
• If you live in the UK or a nearby country, you can also apply to speak at our in-person event in London in September.
• Choose one format per application. If you have ideas for more than one, submit a separate application for each.

What We Are NOT Looking For

• Sales pitches for your company’s products or services
• Tool demos or feature walkthroughs
• Promotional content
