Macie Shewmaker comes with a decade of qualitative research experience. A RIVA trained moderator with an English teaching credential, she blends traditional methodology with empathy, innovation and creativity.

She leads the global qualitative team at YouGov, including building and refining tools, products and platforms that make qualitative research more visible and top-of-mind.

Specifically an expert in Consumer Tech, Macie helps lead new approaches in qualitative UX research, AI-based research and innovation. She has worked closely with and impacted pipelines for companies such as Amazon, Meta, Microsoft, Bose and more.
