Founded in 2005 QuestionPro is a leading provider of SaaS based solutions for customer experience, market research and survey feedback. With over 50,000 clients and 300 employees worldwide we are growing fast and looking for exceptional people to join our team. We are seeking an experienced sales and market research professional to join us as the Sales Director of Communities. In this role, you will be responsible for the entire Communities business, encompassing sales, operations, and marketing. We are looking for a dynamic individual who can leverage their market research experience to drive global growth for the business unit. You will effectively manage a segment of the business within QuestionPro, focusing on enterprise-based sales and customers.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong analytical mindset, a laser focus on revenue goals, and a proven ability to help customers succeed.
Responsibilities:
● P&L Management: Own the profit and loss responsibility for achieving growth targets.
● Product Insight: Help guide the direction of the Communities product line.
● Marketing Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing manager on campaigns and strategies to effectively market the Communities product.
● Marketing Alignment: Ensure marketing materials align with the overall strategy.
● Sales Improvement: Collaborate with global sales teams to enhance the selling process, design new campaigns, and refine messaging to improve conversion.
● Customer Retention & Growth: Play a role in the full customer lifecycle, including renewals and expansions.
● Cross-Sell Opportunities: Partner with Enterprise business managers to identify and create upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
● Strategic Planning: Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth and achieve financial targets.
● Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams. Experience:
● 5 years of market research sales experience
● 3 years of experience using Communities software (Ideal but not required)
● Proven track record of innovation, driving initiatives forward, and demonstrating exceptional perseverance in achieving project goals.
● Outstanding analytical skills and business acumen
● Ability to drive collaboration across multiple teams including; sales, marketing, development, and management
