Narayana is a Marketing and Business Management professional with almost 15 years of experience, specializing in Consumers Insights for Product Innovation and Market & Brand Development.
She started her career in Product Marketing, but after an Anthropology graduation, became a Market Research specialist, having helped many global companies to solve their business challenges through market and consumer understanding. As a Market Research Manager at Ipsos for 7+ years, she led multi-country projects of key accounts, such as Unilever, Mondelez, Colgate, and Johnson&Johnson.
Passionate for connecting the customer with the core business challenges, 4,5 years ago she joined the tech world, with the challenge of building the Consumer Insights team at Nubank – one of the world’s biggest Digital Bank.
Moving from 5 people in 2019 to ~35 in 2022, this specialty that did not exist in Nubank’s early years has gained high relevance to the business, reinforcing the consumer-centricity culture and supporting strategic business decisions.
Finally, more recently, Narayana has become a more generalist business manager, leading a new Product Squad for customer loyalty.
