Overview
This virtual speed dating event will connect buyers and suppliers of research / analytics technology and tech-enabled services.
There will be two separate days, one for in-house research / insights teams and the other for agencies.
Each day will feature two sessions of 5 hours. The first session will be suitable for EMEA and some APAC attendees; the second session will be more suitable for N. America & LatAm audiences.

Event Format
The Virtual Speed Dating Event will take place in our virtual conference platform.
Each day’s event will feature approximately 20-25 suppliers and 200 attendees from brands and agencies.
On each day, there will be a total of 20 speed dating slots (10 in each of the the early / late sessions), lasting 30 minutes.
- Table Setup: Each table will accommodate 12 seats (2 for supplier representatives and 10 for attendees).
- Session Structure: Suggest 5-10-minute introductory presentation followed by 20 minutes for Q&A and discussion.
- Seating: No advance scheduling will be required; seats at the tables will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis.
This format will maximise the opportunity for attendees to meet with relevant suppliers over the course of the day.
Each research tech supplier also have a virtual booth with more details on their offer. If an attendee is unable to meet with a supplier during the event, they can indicate their interest in a follow-up call through the supplier’s virtual booth.
Event Environment
Virtual Tables
Tables function like individual breakout sessions in Zoom or Teams. Attendees can join any table to connect with a supplier.
Tables will accommodate up to 12 people; attendees join tables on a first-come, first-served basis.
Once ‘seated’ at a table, attendees enable their webcam and microphone or engage via text chat. Suppliers can share presentations or videos.
Every 30 minutes, attendees will switch to a different table to meet with a new research tech supplier.
Virtual Booths
Suppliers ‘virtual booths’ will provide more information on their offer, including videos, PDFs, links, and contact forms.
