Artificial intelligence is already changing how insights departments work.

But what are the longer term implications? What types of work will be most affected? What skills will be needed? How will data and insights flow through organisations in the future? Will stakeholders need more support – or will AI help business users to self-serve more of their research & data needs?

These are important questions with profound implications for research & insights teams, their stakeholders and their wider organisations. Insight Platforms is conducting a three-part research programme, supported by Market Logic Software, to answer these questions.

We need more in-house – ie ‘client side’ – research & insights professionals to complete this survey.

About this research

The research is a partnership between Insight Platform and Market Logic Software. Results will be reported in a white paper, which will published in Q4 2023.

All data will be reported in aggregate. There will be no identification of individual respondents or their organisations.
